Issued in 1995 to promote the “Walk A Mile In My Shoes” box set.
The front cover is identical to the box-set cover.
The inside of the 4-page booklet features information about the boxset and provides detailed recording data concerning the tracks included on this release. The last page of the booklet contains the picture used as the cover of CD 4 in the boxset. The same picture is also used on the back of the CD but this time in a longer version, so we get to see the entire jacket of the two-piece white suit that Elvis is wearing.
In the left-hand corner, the following phrase is printed: “Promotional Use Only - Not For Sale”. The CD is a picture disc using the cover photo as its artwork.
Also, on the left side of the CD, we have the “Not for Sale” phrase printed in large bold print. The CD tray is of the see-though type with a photo of Elvis lying on his back on sage behind it.
